Keara Trummel
is a professional actor/singer/dancer with over 14 years of experience
in regional theatres across the country. She received her BFA in
Music Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory of Shenandoah University and
graduated Magna Cum Laude. Keara has been a regular performer at
the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre and is also the co-director of the
Triple Threat Theatre Camp. She has taught classes at Florida
Repertory Theatre, Gulfshore Playhouse's Art Smart outreach program,
and several other venues and schools in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral
area. Keara is delighted to offer acting lessons to students of
all ages. Acting techniques are based on the Stanislavski method
which include character development through objectives, obstacles,
intentions, and subtext. In addition to acting techniques, Keara also
teaches theatre and improv games that are so much fun, you will forget
you're learning! Group improv and scene study classes are
also available. Several of Keara's current students are
performing in shows at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre and other
community theatre productions, being accepted to universities to major
in Music Theatre, and singing the National Anthem at venues throughout
the area.
